Yes, the stock status of the products on our site is updated instantly. However, adding to the cart does not guarantee stock. Stock is allocated when the purchase is completed.

By clicking on the “Cart” icon in the upper right corner of the page, you can view the products you have added to the cart, change their quantities or delete them.

Payment

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Debit card, Payment at the door

We have installment payment options for some credit cards. You can see the installment options on the payment screen. The number of installments may vary according to your bank.

Order and Return

Yes, an “Order Confirmation” is automatically sent to your e-mail address after your order is successfully completed. Also, if you are a member, you can track your order status in “My Account > My Orders” section.

You can return your products within 14 days from the date of receipt. In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, unwashed and the label must not be torn off.

Your orders are usually delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days depending on stock availability. This period may be extended during campaign periods.

Before the product is shipped, you can request a cancellation from the “My Account > My Orders” section or through our customer service. Cancellation cannot be made after the cargo is released, but you can start the return process.

Returns are not accepted for underwear products, special design personalized products and products whose packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.
