CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION/RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL

When you place an order from our website, you are deemed to have accepted the distance sales contract and preliminary information form.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant regulations, the delivery and return of the products you order are subject to these laws.

Unless otherwise stated, the shipping costs for the product shipment belong to the buyer. However, if the product is defective or damaged, the replacement shipping fee belongs to the seller.

DELIVERY TIME

Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest. The delivery period will not exceed 30 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, its packaging must not be opened and it must be returned with the invoice.

Return costs generally belong to the buyer. However, if the product is defective or faulty, the cost belongs to the seller.

Personal care and cosmetic products

Special production (custom-made) products

Products whose packaging has been opened, used or pose a risk in terms of hygiene

The return of these products is not possible due to health and hygiene reasons.

RETURN PROCESS

After the product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked.

When the return is approved, your payment will be returned to you within 7 business days.

Returns with a corporate invoice must be made with the return invoice.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product is delivered damaged or defective, the exchange process will be carried out. In this case, the return shipping cost belongs to the seller. The buyer is responsible for checking the product upon receipt.
